Regulations and Resources -- March 2011 Rick Reibstein of the Mass. Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) presented an Environmental Reporting Regulatory Matrix and led a discussion of new regulatory developments, such as the designation of Substances of Very High Concern under REACH.
