OFFICE OF TECH. ASSISTANCE & TECHNOLOGY

The Office of Technical Assistance and Technology (OTA) is a non-regulatory office within the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs that helps manufacturers and other toxic chemical users reduce or eliminate their use of toxics and generation of hazardous byproducts while saving money at the same time. OTA provides programs and services to help businesses cut costs, improve chemical use efficiency, and reduce environmental impact in Massachusetts.  OTA promotes toxics use reduction, environmental performance, health and safety, economic competitiveness in the private sector, and effective service delivery in the public sector.
